The library of the Centro de Estudios Guadalupanos has a collection of 315 books and pamphlets related to the theme of the Virgin of Guadalupe, directly or indirectly.

Location: office 2216 of building F of the UPAEP, located at 9 poniente 1517.

Open to the entire UPAEP community and external researchers by appointment. Available for consultation in the reading room and home loan for the UPAEP community.

The Library of the Center for Studies in Science and Religion (CECIR-UPAEP) is a specialized collection on this particular subject, with a collection of more than seven hundred copies.

The complete collection can be classified into four areas of knowledge:

1. History of Science and Religion.
2. Philosophy of Science and Religion (Epistemology and Methodology of the relationship between science and religion).
3. Philosophy, Theology and Scientific Theories.
4. Ethics of Science and Technology

In addition, the library contains some copies of specialized journals, but mainly "Theology and Science", published by the CTNS.
